Located in the heart of Paris, my outstanding apartment will allow you to settle in Paris comfortably. Many atypical places are easily accessible by walk from the apartment!
Spacious and bright, it is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 children thanks to its 3 double rooms including one of almost 30m2.
Luxurious and modern you will not miss anything: kitchen, TV with a multitude of channels, my haven of peace is waiting for you !
It is located on the 4th floor with elevator!
The Space:
Luxurious apartment of 150m² in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, a few steps from the Opera Garnier and the Royal Palace.
Modern, comfortable and well bright. It has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. It is equipped with two toilets, one in suite shower room , 1 bathtub , fully equipped kitchen etc.

- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)
- In graduate studies
- In apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

It is located at a stone throw from the Opera Comique.
At one minute away to the famous area Les Grands Boulevards. It very close to Grevin Museum, The French Comedy, Louvre Museum, Royal Palace, Tuileries Garden, Place Vendôme and Place de l'Opéra.
For shopping addicts: Châtelet-Les-Halles, Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 15-minute walk from the apartment.
In an upscale neighborhood with lots of luxury stores and restaurants.
You are in the center of Paris!
You will be able to visit plenty of famous places by walk.
Getting Around:
Metro line 8 & 9 are at 2 minutes by walk from the apartment.
Metro line 3 and 7 are 5 minutes away by foot respectively.
RER A located at Auber is at 10 minutes away by foot.
Velib and taxi are also very close.
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!
Other Things to Note:
Standard check-in time is after 4:00PM.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
