It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, perfect for a groups of friends, business travelers and for families with little ones. Fully equipped and carefully prepared for your arrival.
This apartment, in a typical Haussmann building, has been entirely reimagined by Habitat Parisien design team.
The Space:
Designed for comfort, this 90m² apartment includes everything you need for a relaxing stay in Paris:

- Fully equipped kitchen (essentials provided, coffee, tea, sugar, washer / dishwasher tablets, etc...)
- 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds
- Air conditioning
- High-speed broadband Wi-Fi
- Connected TV
- Washing machine (solid detergent provided)
- Iron & ironing board
- Hair dryer
- Bed linen and bath towels
- 2 en-suite bathrooms with WC, 1 independent toilet

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on Boulevard Montmartre, one of the liveliest sections of the Grands Boulevards (discos, bars, restaurants). The Hôtel Drouot auction house - a Paris institution since 1852 - is steps away, alongside the Musée Grévin waxworks museum and the historic Passage des Panoramas.
The Opéra Garnier is a ten-minute walk, and the neighbourhood's theatres, brasseries and cinemas ensure there is always something to see or do in the evening.
Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Citadium department stores are a short stroll away.
The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 5 minutes walking distance.
You could even take the kids to Disneyland via the direct RER A located 10 minutes away by foot at the Auber station.
Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard!
Getting Around:
The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Richelieu – Drouot (Metro lines 8 & 9) - 2 minutes on foot
- Grands Boulevards (Metro lines 8 & 9) - 3 minutes on foot
- Opéra (Metro lines 3, 7 & 8) - 7 minutes on foot
You can also enjoy the view by taking thoses buses number 20, 32, 39, 45, 74, 85, N11, N15, N16 and N24.
- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.

Apartment was quiet and beds were comfortable in the 3 needed bedrooms. However, the furniture is very old and carpet also was musty and didn't feel comfortable sitting on sofas, chairs or carpet for this reason. For the price I would suggest replacing and updating the living room and dining room furniture.

The apartment was quite large and comfortable for the three of us. We each had our own bedroom and shower room. Everything was clean and modern. And it was quick and easy to communicate with the property manager. The apartment was centrally located to the sites we wanted to see. And it was always easy to get an Uber to go anywhere.
