About this house rental
In an old farmhouse in the heart of the greenery, I offer you this pleasant cottage and close to all amenities as well as the beaches. The estate is composed of three cottages with a large garden that everyone can enjoy. This cottage is composed of a living room with an open fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto a terrace not overlooked where you will enjoy its west orientation with a view of the greenery. Upstairs a landing leading to two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed 160X200) (one bedroom with two single beds 90X200), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
You can enjoy the first beaches just 2 kilometres away and 5 kilometres from the large Pléneuf-Val-André beach; the nearest seaside resort. Casino, thalasso and one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe are less than 10 minutes away by car. You can also enjoy the GR trails that line the coast with extraordinary views.
In the middle of the countryside, this estate is very close to local shops (supermarkets, fishmonger, fishmonger, hairdresser, clothing shop, bicycle shop, creperies, butcher, bakery, local farms with their good products...). Such a serene environment. We will be happy to welcome you. See you soon

The cottage and its surrounding is wonderful. Check-in and communication with Emeline was very nice and she responded quickly to any questions. The appartment was well prepared and clean when we arrived, except some dishes in the cupboard - but this was probably overseen by previous tenants. The description of the property is accurate, it also has a dishwasher which is not listed in the discription but visible on the pictures. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, Emeline!

A great gîte in a brilliant location close to the port and with restaurants and shops close by
The only problem (and this is absolutely not the owner’s fault) was that both Maps and Google Maps pinpointed a location about a kilometre away from reality at Rue Des Croix Roses, which caused confusion and delay. Don’t trust satnav!
