This small farmhouse has been fully renovated and features an entryway with a separate restroom, a living area with a sitting and dining area, and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. This room opens onto the garden and enjoys full sun exposure. Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom, and another separate toilet.
Just 2 kilometers from shops such as: a large supermarket, a small organic grocery store, a butcher and deli, a caterer, a bakery, a crêpe and galette shop, a fish market, a specialty electric bike shop, a clothing store, beauty salons, and hair salons—truly everything to better serve you. Just 5 kilometers from the Pléneuf-Val André seawall, where you’ll find a thalassotherapy center, a casino, and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops of all kinds. But you can also enjoy nearby activities such as a tree-top adventure course, a life-size maze, nature walks, and of course the beach—with a GR hiking trail nearby—as well as other small, secluded beaches where you can swim or go fishing.

We’d be delighted to welcome you to this small estate, where two other vacation rentals are available for get-togethers with family or friends.
