La Chaloupe is a fully renovated 40 m² flat that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a living room with sofa bed, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm), shower room with WC, loggia and balcony. Linen and towels provided (optional extra). Wifi and digital TV available. We're waiting for you!

Very bright thanks to its large bay windows, the flat is composed as follows:
Large living room with :
- Lounge area from which you can admire the boats, furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee table, armchair and TV.
- Beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with high dining table, 4 chairs, dishwasher, fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe and cupboard. Off the bedroom is a loggia with a double sofa bed.
- Modern shower room with shower, WC, heated towel rail and washing machine.
Outside:
- Balcony measuring 3.5 m by 1 m with uninterrupted views of the port, furnished with a table, 2 chairs and 1 stool.
Nearby:
The flat is located on the port of Dahouet, a developing district known for its calm and dynamism.
- All the shops are in the immediate vicinity: hall, restaurants, bakery, tobacconist, chemist, mini-market, etc.
- The Casino and cinema are 2.5 km away (6 minutes by car).
- Val André beach 2.4 km away (5 minutes by car)
- Saturday morning market
- The Spa Marin du Val André Thalasso Resort is 2.6 km away (6 minutes by car)

La Chaloupe "Excellent apartment overlooking the harbour.
🙂 The apartment location is excellent overlooking the marina and harbour. A short walk from a couple of bars, restaurants and a boulangerie. Access to the apartment is easy via a lockbox and inside, although quite small, it is very well equipped and clean. The balcony is a treat and we spent happy hours just watching the world go by. The coast is a short walk away along which there are footpaths to enjoy. Overall very good."
