About this house rental
This old fishermen's house, typical of the Cotentin and located 700m from the sea and the beaches and 2 km from Barfleur, will charm you.
Discreetly hidden from view by tamarisks, hydrangeas, ... and banana trees!
Designed for 6 people, it was completely renovated in 2021.
You can enjoy a large sheltered garden at the back of the house, with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, and in front, an enclosed courtyard.
A small garage to store bicycles, motorbikes, sea equipment, etc... is at your disposal, as well as a barn with washing machine. The 2 locks.
The cottage consists of, on the first floor:
- a living room of 22m² including a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with TV and wifi (Fiber)
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- accessible by 2 steps: a bathroom with sink (the shower will be operational again at the beginning of April 2023) with a separate toilet in a row
Upstairs:
- a large master suite, with a 160x200 bed and a shower room
- a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190
- a separate toilet
Linen is included in the rental. It includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, dish towels.
In the courtyard:
A closed garage, ideal for storing bikes, boards, ...
A closed barn with washing machine
The large garden at the back is sheltered and sunny all day
A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival.
OPTIONS:
- End of stay cleaning: 70€
-Pet supplement: 35€/stay.

La maison est agréable, dans un cadre calme et reposant. Beaucoup de visites sont possibles aux alentours pour découvrir le Cotentin. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui reste disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement cette location.

Ce gîte a répondu à nos attentes. Maison fonctionnelle bien agencée dans un village au calme, avec jardin clos sans vis à vis pour un séjour familial dont un petit de 3 ans, située à proximité de plages. Visites du Cotentin et de ses jolis villages et paysages. Très bon séjour dans ce charmant gîte et cette belle région.

Ce gîte est situé au cœur du Val de Saire, entre Saint Vaast et Barfleur. Nous avons pu faire des randonnées et des visites chaque jour. Il est situé dans un village typique du Cotentin, la maison en est d'ailleurs une bonne représentation. Le gîte à été très récemment rénové et il est bien équipé ( 3 chambres, deux sdb et WC, très bonne literie, chauffage de dernière génération, cuisine équipée, WiFi,...). Il convient parfaitement pour une famille ou des amis. Le terrain est entièrement clos. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser notre chien en liberté. Enfin les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles.
