About this cottage rental
A former salt worker's house, fully renovated in 2021 (adjoining the owners' house), located in the charming village of Saillé, in the heart of the salt marshes, 3 km from the ramparts of Guérande, La Baule, and Le Pouliguen.
Terrace and enclosed garden of 70 m² facing southwest. Private parking on the property, with additional parking available in front of the cottage.
Ground floor: beautiful fitted kitchen opening onto a cozy living/dining room, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room (walk-in shower), and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room/WC (1: double bed, 2: two single beds that can be joined together).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, pod coffee machine, cot/high chair. Optional equipment: Electric vehicle charging station (charges apply: €0.25/kWh).
Included: Electricity, electric heating, bed linens, and towels.
Not included: Tourist tax and cleaning service.
Pets allowed (maximum 2 - €100 deposit per pet).

Super ausgerüstetes, sauberes Ferienhaus von super sympatischer, hilfsbereiter Gastfamilie, in einem kleinen Ort mitten in den Salinen und doch nah der Strände und schönen Küstenstädte, wo es viel zu entdecken gibt.

Tout est fait pour un séjour résolument tourné vers le plaisir du locataire. Accueil chaleureux de notre hôte. L'ensemble de la prestation est de très bonne qualité. Chaque chambre avec douche et commodités est un véritable atout.
