About this apartment rental
In the heart of the medieval citadel, a furnished vacation rental, tastefully renovated while preserving its historic character.
This is a fully self-contained 55 m² ground-floor apartment with a garden.
The entrance leads into the kitchen, which is very spacious and well-equipped (refrigerator; induction stove with oven; mini dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle; microwave; dishes and cooking utensils) with a table and chairs. The kitchen opens onto the living room (sofa bed, two low cabinets, TV). A sliding door leads to the bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a dresser, and a large closet. (There is room for a crib.)
From the bedroom, you enter the bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and plenty of storage.
The private garden offers a unique view of the city and is equipped for outdoor dining.
Electricity, heating, and water charges are included. Across from the property is a large, free public parking area, and within a few minutes’ walk are shops, restaurants, attractions, a local farmers’ market, the train station, and the river. Nearby, enjoy walks, bike rides, horseback riding, donkey rides… and visits to remarkable historic sites, breathtaking parks, and castles… For a dream vacation!

La maison est charmante et idéalement située à Loches, tout en ayant possibilité de se garer aisément. Ainsi qu'idéal pour des escapades dans la région et les visites des châteaux, caves, villages...
La maison, le jardin ont été rénové avec beau de gout, de charme qui reflètent toute la sensibilité, la générosité, la chaleurosité en toute discrétion de Sylvia.
Une très belle rencontre en tout point !
