It is a pretty house of the 15th century, 3 levels, totally independent and typical tourangelle, all made of local tuffeau stone; (The "Maison de l'Argentier-du-Roy"), located in an exceptional location in the center of the pretty medieval town of Loches: the small Fort Saint Ours, The ramparts of the 12th century, above the city.

Loches is in the center of the famous Loire Valley with its Castles and Vineyards, but also halfway between the Beauval Zoo and the Futuroscope of Poitiers.
