The 120 m² house is oriented NE/SW. It benefits from a garden and a terrace that are sunny until late in the evening, sheltered from the wind.
It is furnished. The kitchen is equipped. It has 3 bedrooms; that is to say 5 beds.
At your disposal: a washing machine, garden furniture, a barbecue, a TV screen.
The house must be returned clean and in good condition. A deposit of €50 by cheque is required at the entrance for any cleaning costs and returned at the end of the stay after an inventory of fixtures.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. It is a paid option on prior request in case of necessity

Une location magnifique avec deux salles de bain vraiment a la perfection et vraiment calme et beaucoup de choses à visiter,un séjour ou j ai apprécié et j'y retournerai cordialement mme delliere

La propriété est situé dans une belle région de la Bretagne.
Il y a beaucoup de plages et de lieux culturels à voir.
Le propriétaire a été très attentionné à notre égard. Un bel accueil et une gentillesse inégalable!!!De très bons conseils touristiques et une excellente connaissance sur la Bretagne.
Je recommande fortement cette propriété. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et beaucoup de rangement.
