The Seahorse gîte for 6 people offers you a plunging view of the sea and sunsets. The sandy beach at 350 m remains family oriented... Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, this corner of the coast remains authentic. The customs officers' path is a 5 minute walk from the front door. The Pink Granite coast is opposite the balcony 30 minutes away by car.
This semi-detached house is very functional and the view is magnificent whatever the weather!
At equal distance from the islands of Batz and Brehat it is a privileged place to visit the region of the Pink Granite Coast.

* A balcony on the sea side and a corner terrace on the dead end in front of the house
* A living room with sitting area and fireplace, kitchen area and table for your meals

* A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a shower on the ground floor, on the dead end side.
* A bedroom with a 160cm double bed on the first floor, on the sea side
° A room with 2 single beds on the first side of the dead end street
A shower room with WC and washbasin on the first floor.
