Decent stay in Lannion

It was easy to reach the apartment. Also, the facilities were great for a group of three people. The Wi-Fi connection is very good.

It is too far from the city center (about 20 min by foot) and the stairs are not helpful at all for people carrying heavy luggage.

Nice little stop for 1 night on our bike ride

Lovely, friendly hosts and a beautiful room. We were on a bike trip through Bretagne, so we arrived wet and muddy and in need of a shower - so the nice, large bathroom was very welcome. The BnB itself is very cozy and nicely located in a central square. Breakfast was great, as it is in most places in Bretagne. Our host was particularly helpful with recommendations, including nearby bike shops and the route to Morlaix.

Nothing to complain about. For bike travelers, there is no covered bike parking, but they did let us store our bikes in an inner courtyard which was very secure - which worked out fine.

Spacious and excellent value.

Very enjoyable stay and I recommended the property to many people in Lannion as this would be a perfect base for someone spending a few days/weeks in the area for work. Well appointed property, super spacious and there is even a garden. Must be so nice in the summer! Very helpful hosts, and 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

Nothing to dislike, the apartment met my expectations and all was very easy.

Comfortable and clean. Great for overnight stay.

The apartment is quite small but well equipped and comfortable, if a little basic. Lovely friendly host met me to show me around and hand over keys. It was fine for an overnight on my way to an early morning ferry at Roscoff. The garden could do with a little attention and maybe a sign from the road directing you to the property, but other than that, all good.😃

Garden could do with a bit of love and as the apartment is not right on the road and tucked behind some other houses, some sort of directional sign to the property would be helpful as I drove by a few times without realising where it was.

Que le propriétaire ne sais pas organiser son logistique aux niveaux des logements. Je me suis retrouvé avec un couples et 2 enfants dans ma location ! Et je me suis proposé de me retrouver un autre logement, mais celui là m'a pas dû tout convenu. Je suis très dessus.

Séjour court mais très agréable qui correspondait à nos attentes.

Nous étions en gestion libre, il n'y avait pas de repas prévus. Nous avons diné et déjeuné sur place. Nous avons aimé le calme de la résidence et les équipements dont le parking.

Au niveau de la chambre il pourrait y avoir deux chaises et une petite table par exemple. Nous avons déplacé les chaises de la salle pour mettre nos vêtements.

Quelques petits inconforts.

Appartement est très agréable, propre, très bien équipé. Place de parking très proche du logement.

Les lumières bleues des radiateurs la nuit. La douche est limite et je n'ai pas pu utiliser le pommeau. Je mesure 1m72, le miroir de la salle d'eau n'était pas du tout adapté. Le dimanche matin, c'est bien gelé et l'escalier en alu en colimaçon était glissant. La literie très moyenne.

La maison à un accès rapide depuis le centre ville de LANNION. Bien équipée, bien décorée, nous avons passé un super moment dans cette petite maison avec jardin. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter davantage, car une seule nuit sur place

Très bon séjour dans ce logement.

Les équipements de cuisine étaient faciles d'usage. La chambre était confortable, la salle de séjour cuisine bien fonctionnelle, la salle de bain et les wc séparés pratiques. Aucune gêne venant des autres maisonnettes pourtant très proches. La mise en route automatique du chauffage a été très appréciée du fait du temps frais et humide

Les escaliers d'accès difficiles à grimper surtout sous la pluie. Quelques travaux de plomberie seraient nécessaires pour éviter le refoulement des eaux de l'évier vers la douche

Drzwi apartamentu były otwarte na oścież, kiedy przyjechaliśmy (??!!?). Wejście do apartamentu B1 po dość stromych schodach. Lodówka brudna, zwłaszcza drzwi do zamrażalnika (załączam zdjecie).

Le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine et la piètre qualité des équipements comme les chaises, la table basse et les éléments de salle de bain. Et le bâtiment est très mal insonorisé et à proximité d’une route très passante.

Un joli appartement tout cocooning. Un petit coin avec un petit jardin et très tranquille. J'ai beaucoup aimé. Le contact avec le propriétaire c'est très bien passé.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Logement propre, à environ 1km5 du centre ville. Pour une nuit c'est très bien. Malgré la route à proximité, pas de nuisance la nuit.

Le tuyau de la douche est percé et l'odeur des serviettes de toilette qui sentait un peu l'humidité.
