Where to begin? Jean Pierre is very friendly and a very nice host. If you should have any questions he will help you.The house has an adjacent garden/parc. And when you walk a few steps you can enjoy a brilliant view of the sea. The time we spent there flew by - maybe because it was so amazing? If you would like to go to a beautiful place close to the beach: THIS is your place!

We really enjoyed our stay. In particular, the remote and quiet location. Beautiful beaches are only a short walk away and all attractions of the region are easy to reach from the cottage. Jean Pierre is a kind host and the cottage offers everything for perfect holidays. We will certainly come back!

We enjoyed two very relaxing weeks in this top cabin with a lot of space, very cosy and a short way to the beach; the bed was perfect (best bed in a cabin ever!). Also it was a perfect location for our dog 🐕. Thanks for the good host with a delicious warm welcome gift.

A beautiful house in a rural location yet still able to walk to the beach. The house is laid out in such a way that it could work for 2 couples or a family. A mezzanine level room has a double bed and single bed with an en suite toilet. The master bedroom is on the ground floor. It has an open staircase up to another mezzanine room with one single bed. The property owner's mother welcomed us. She didn't speak any English but my French was just about good enough to get by. She was lovely and very kind, offering us her phone number in case we needed her. The local area is beautiful with loads of beaches and activities. A great place for a family holiday.

Das Ferienhaus entspricht der Beschreibung und liegt herlich ruhig in der Natur und ist recht großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch sehr gut möglich. Für normales Radfahren in dieser Umgebung (ohne E Bike) benötigt man schon gute Kondition, da es doch recht hügelig ist. Man benötigt so leider auch zum Einkaufen das Auto. Das war das einzig Negative. Ansonsten alles top, besonders für Wanderer. Nachts piepen die Zwergohreulen. Ansonsten ist es herlich ruhig. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Dank an Jean-Pierre und seine Mutter.

Placée dans un site magnifique, cette longère bretonne et son immense terrain nous ont permis de passer 2 semaines loin de toute agitation, malgré sa proximité avec la côte de granit rose fort fréquentée. Petit plus : Nous avons eu la chance de voir, à plusieurs reprises, des chevreuils se balader devant la maison... Merci à Jean-Pierre pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Marie-Claude et Pierre.

Wir waren 3 Wochen dort. Wir haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Wir wurden von der Mutter sehr nett empfangen, beim checkout war Jean Pierre dann selber da. Ich kann mich nur den Vorreden der anderen Urlauber anschließen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto zum Einkaufen. Mit Hund muss man wissen, dass Hunde bis 30.9. gar nicht an die Strände dürfen, auch nicht mit Leine..Das Haus liegt , wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig und ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Très bien placée, à proximité de cette magnifique côte bretonne et de la jolie ville de Lannion. Belle maison ancienne, joliment aménagée. Merci pour votre accueil et votre écoute malgré un souci que nous vous avons apporté. Merci également pour la bouteille de cidre, des bonnes madeleines bretonnes, et une flambée dans le poele qui nous attendaient. On ressent le désir de soigner chaque visiteur. Espace de quiétude entier, espaces verts fabuleux pour emmener son chien ou pour le jeu avec des enfants, une belle terrasse sans aucun vis à vis. Merci pour ce très bon long week-end ressourçant dans votre maison.

Wir haben Ende Juli 2021 zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr schönen, typisch bretonischen Haus mit großem Grundstück in perfekter Lage verbracht. Perfekte Lage, weil es sehr ruhig auf einem Plateau am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt (von einer Stelle mit Blick aufs Meer!), man von hier aber in wenigen Minuten Strände erreicht, Wanderwege vor der Tür losgehen und man auch zu den touristischen Orten oder nach Lannion nur einige Kilometer zu fahren hat. Den ersten ruhigen Strand erreicht man zu Fuß nach 10 Minuten, den zweiten schönen Strand mit Strandbar und "Schwimmaufsicht" nach 15 Minuten. Geschäfte und Supermärkte erreicht man ebenfalls nach wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und funktioniert. Wir haben insbesondere den Gasgrill auf der Sonnenterrasse oft nutzen können. Das Haus ist aber so eingerichtet und bietet genug Raum, dass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine sehr gute Zeit haben kann. Eine Besonderheit ist, dass das Haus eigentlich zwei separate Schlafbereiche hat mit insgesamt Platz für 6 Personen und einer zweiten Toilette. Das war eine schöne Überraschung. Ein Schlafbereich ist auf einer Empore über dem Esszimmer mit einem schmalen Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Der zweite Schlafbereich ist in einem separaten, abgetrennten Gebäudeteil mit großem Doppelbett unten und einem weiteren Bett auf einer Empore. Alles sehr gepflegt und einladend. Bettbezüge und ein Satz Handtücher war inklusive, was Platz im Auto gespart hat. Es ist sicherlich eine der schönsten Ecken der Bretagne und mehr als eine Reise wert. Und wir haben nach zwei Wochen bei weitem noch nicht alles gesehen und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Jean-Pierre, den sehr netten Vermieter, mit dem wir eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung und einen stressfreien Check-Out hatten! Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Location.

Nous avons occupé la longere de Jean-Pierre du 12 au 16 mai 2021. Elle est vraiment très agréable, parfaitement équipée, merveilleusement située, à deux pas du GR34, toute proche de la mer et de la rivière. Jean-Pierre est un hôte très sympathique, il est à la fois accueillant et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances dans cette longère bretonne. La maison, située au fond d'une impasse au calme, est très jolie, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse à l'extérieur et notre chien a beaucoup aimé le très grand jardin! Beaucoup de jolies balades à faire dans le coin ou le long de la côte de granit rose. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci au propriétaire et à sa maman pour l'accueil et les cadeaux de bienvenue!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est chaleureuse et bien conçue. Un immense terrain à fait le bonheur de nos enfants et de notre chien. Cela faisait quelques années que je n'avais plus versé une larme en rentrant de vacances... Check ! Était-ce l'immense beauté des paysages, le petit nid douillet hyper cosy, au calme, très joliment et proprement décoré et équipé qui nous attendaient ? Etait-ce le petit clin d'œil de la famille de chevreuils qui nous donnait spectacle certains matins lors de notre premier café ? Etait‐ce l'immense gentillesse, l'ouverture d'esprit et le bon accueil de son propriétaire ? Un mélange sans doute, qui valait bien le coup de traverser toutes ces zones "Covidement" colorées de 2020 au départ de la Belgique pour finalement retrouver le bleu et le vert de la mer, le rose du granit, le blanc de l'éclatement des vagues sur les rochers, le gris ouvrant la porte à toute cette palette de couleurs chaque matin, installant petit‐à‐petit l'arc en ciel magique de nos dernières vacances... (...) Encore merci Jean Pierre et à l'heure où tout le monde a une revanche à prendre, nous on a une vidange à vous rendre...😁😉 A très bientôt donc et MERCI !!!

Wir können uns nur den bestehenden Bewertungen anschließen! Den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und in der lokalen Umgebung haben wir als Familie so sehr genossen, dass wir von den ursprünglich geplanten Ausflugszielen absahen. Ein kurzer Fußweg von knapp 15 Minuten mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Flussmündung führt direkt zu einem idyllischen und nicht überlaufenden Strand mit feinem Sand und guter Bademöglichkeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt—insbesondere den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse mit einem guten Gasgrill haben wir häufig in den Abendstunden fernab jeglichen Verkehrslärms genossen. Jean-Pierre hat uns nach langer Fahrt sehr herzlich empfangen; auch die Kommunikation vor der Reise war sehr verbindlich, unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und möchten dieses Quartier sehr empfehlen.

La maison est propre, bien équipee et très agréable. mais surtout elle est idéalement située : * au calme au fond d'une impasse, (Nous avons même eu la chance de voir biche et cerf dans le jardin) les enfants ont adoré!! * de belles plages accessibles très vite à pieds *et plein de sentiers pour balader. Le tout loin de la foule.... Merci à Jean Pierre pour ses conseils et pour le cidre et le gâteau breton qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée, une attention fort appréciable. A une prochaine fois.

Für 14 Tage (28.09.-12.10.2019) war das Haus für uns und unseren Hund unser Urlaubsdomizil. Jean-Pierre begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und zeigte uns das Haus. Zur Begrüßung waren zwei Flaschen Cidre kalt gestellt, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das sehr schöne Haus von Jean-Pierre entspricht genau der Beschreibung in Wort und Bild. Es ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr gut, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und der Wohn- und Essraum sind sehr gemütlich. Ein Haus, in dem wir uns richtig wohlfühlt haben. Dazu noch der Kaminofen, der zu dieser Jahreszeit eine erfreuliche Ergänzung war. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Spaziergänge in der direkten Umgebung; zum Ufer der Flusses Léguer sind es nur wenige Meter und an den Strand mit feinem Sand sind es ca. 1.000 Meter und – zu dieser Jahreszeit - fast menschenleer. Toll, dass Hunde ab 1. Oktober frei am Strand laufen dürfen. Ein Paradies für unseren Hund! Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nach Lannion oder Trébeurden sind es ca. 5km. Daher ist es wichtig, ein Auto zu haben. Die „Cote de Granite Rosé“ ist in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Wir waren erstaunt, dass das Wetter noch so schön und warm gewesen ist. Auch wenn zu dieser Jahreszeit natürlich der ein oder andere Regenschauer dabei war. Aber das Wetter wechselt hier so schnell, dass man keine Angst haben musste, „einzuregnen“. Schade war nur, dass doch einige Restaurants bis 19./20. Okt. geschlossen hatten. Warum das so war, konnten wir nicht in Erfahrung bringen. Abschließend bedanken wir uns noch einmal bei Jean-Pierre und seinem Bruder Jean-Luc, die uns sehr geholfen haben, einen Ersatzreifen zu beschaffen. Denn gleich am ersten Tag unseres Urlaubs hatte ich den Reifen seitlich an ein scharfen Stein auf einem Parkplatz in der Nähe aufgeschlitzt. Die Hilfsbereitschaft sucht seines Gleichen. Ebenso geht unser Dank an die freundliche Nachbarin, die meine Frau mit zum Einkaufen genommen hat. Es waren wunderschöne Tage und wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter! Wir haben mit unserer Familie plus Hund wunderbare 12 Tage im Haus von Jean-Pierre verbracht, und sind absolut glücklich dort gewesen zu sein. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir herzlichst von Jean-Pieres Mutter mit Cidre und bretonischem Kuchen begrüßt, eine wunderbare Überraschung nach 13 Stunden Anreise, das Haus wurde uns kurz erklärt, und auf freundschaftlichste, unkomplizierte Art übergeben. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% Fotos und Beschreibung, wir sehen es als das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil, absolut ruhig, weiter Blick in den Garten, Meer mit Strand, auch die Flußmündung zu Fuß in max 10. min erreichbar, schöne Küstenspaziergänge direkt vom Haus möglich, ideal für uns mit Hund. Das Haus selber lädt zum Verweilen ein, es ist hell, freundlich, wunderbar bei Wein, Käse und Baguette abends auf der Terrasse sitzend den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Es fehlt an nichts, Kontakt zu Jean-Pierre immer super nett, direkt und hilfreich. Daneben gab es in der Gegend viel zu entdecken, kleinere/ größere Städtchen, die Märkte, einheimisch Produzenten, die direkt besucht werden können......auch noch mit schönstem Wetter beschenkt, sind wir begeistert nach Hause gefahren. Une très belle rénovation et une confort parfait pour cette semaine en Bretagne. La maison était très cosy et lumineuse, la literie et le linge de maison parfaits. Nous étions bien placé pour faire nos visites et les conseils de M. Daniel nous ont faits gagner du temps dans nos itinéraires. La côte de granit rose, perros guirec, treguier, plougrescant, trébeurden, plougastel.... Très très belle région... Merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux au cidre breton de votre papa.

Super séjour en Bretagne Nord, la météo et la qualité de la location y sont pour beaucoup. Maison très bien équipée, bien située, à proximité du sentier côtier. Un point négatif?....... faut bien chercher. Le top du top aurait été une boulangerie à proximité, là faut la voiture. Mais c'est un détail et avec un poil d'organisation, on s'en sort très bien.

Un défaut à corriger: des tâches jaunâtres tombent du toit et salissent le linge, le véhicule et la terrasse, empêchant les vacanciers de profiter de l'extérieur.
