Little Home
Heart of town and calm, facing the river and its tides, my "little house" has just been completely renovated.
You will be completely independent (house and enclosed garden perfect for your dog) but I could welcome you and guide you because I live in the immediate vicinity.
You will enjoy directly the shops, restaurants and the imposing Thursday market and stroll on the Côte de Granit Rose 15 minutes max. to discover Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trébeurden, Trégastel ... The walkers will go on the beaches of Beg-Léguer after walking along the towpath starting directly on foot from the house. River or sea kayakers will be able to improve on the water stadium located in town or enjoy the Leguer from the house to its mouth.
If the weather is less beautiful, children and parents will discover the Radome Park (THE PLANETARIUM, THE VILLAGE GAULOIS, TELECOM MUSEUM.), The castle of Tonquédec, the chapels and manors of Trégor. You can enjoy together cultural spaces, as in Lannion: IMAGING (permanent photographic center) besides THE CARRE MAGIQUE and its programming that I hold at your disposal, but also the cinema in 3 minutes on foot.
