Magnificent, fully restored house located a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire River and the vineyards. Numerous sightseeing and walking opportunities await you, such as the Briare Canal Bridge, the Gien pottery factory, Sancerre, the Guédelon museum, and of course, the Loire à Vélo cycling route. You can also enjoy leisurely boat trips on the Loire and its canals, starting from Briare or Châtillon-sur-Loire.
Offering 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, 3 have a double bed (140cm), one has a queen-size bed (160cm), and one has two single beds (90cm). You will have a lovely living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including a food processor and raclette grill. In the attic, there is a relaxation and play area for children. A gas barbecue in the courtyard provides the perfect setting for enjoying convivial moments. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a living room with two sofas and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, and a small vaulted cellar on the same level. The living room and kitchen open onto a courtyard with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
On the first floor, there is a beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own bathroom (shower and bathtub) with toilet, and another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and its own shower room and toilet.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and their own shower rooms, with a toilet on the landing, as well as another bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) with a shower room and toilet. All bedrooms have internet access. Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
