Welcome to “Villa Mönchgut” on Rügen! Our vacation rental is ideal for a relaxing getaway for two.
This well-designed space has been furnished with attention to detail, perfectly complementing the home’s charm. Stylish furniture in harmonious colors gives it a very welcoming atmosphere.
With approximately 44 m² of living space, two people can make themselves completely at home here! A living room with a couch, armchairs, and a TV, a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), and a separate, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and microwave) provide plenty of space to feel right at home.
You can relax wonderfully, especially on the furnished balcony overlooking the adjacent Granitz Forest! Unwind and enjoy your vacation in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz to the fullest...

“Villa Mönchgut” on Rügen was built in 2000 in the Binz seaside resort style and is part of the “Parkresidenz am Klünderberg” complex. Thanks to its location on the edge of the Granitz, you can enjoy wonderful walks or hikes through the beech forest from here!
The white sandy beach, the pier, and shopping options in the idyllic center of Binz are about a 17-minute walk away. Strolling past the impressive villas or enjoying a cappuccino on the promenade while watching the island life go by is a wonderful vacation experience!
Our modern vacation apartments in “Villa Mönchgut” feature high-quality amenities and beautifully furnished balconies or terraces. A locked storage building is available for bicycles. The parking lot, located just a few meters from the house, offers ample parking even for larger cars.

Wir haben im September 2022 zu Dritt eine Woche in der Wohnung Nr. 6 in der Villa Möchgut verbracht. Diese ist sehr ruhig gelegen und zum Zentrum/Strand sind es nur 700 m, zum Kleinbahnbahnhof "Rasender Roland" lediglich 500 m. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet.Besonders gut war auch der Umstand, das ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand. Fazit: Diese Wohnung würden wir wieder buchen.
