"Above the rooftops of Binz" lies Penthouse 9, a 74 m² unit rated 4 DTV stars, located on the 2nd floor of Villa Dornbusch. With 3 rooms and its 40 m² wraparound rooftop terrace, it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people.
Highlights of the apartment include a private beach chair in the front row by the sea and a handcart.
The Location
The “Parkresidenz Klünderberg” complex, of which Villa Dornbusch is a part, is centrally located, less than a 10-minute walk from the beach and the town center, in a quiet spot atop the Klünderberg and at the same time in close proximity to the Granitz, a vast forested area on Rügen.

The apartment features a living area with an integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a storage room, a bathroom, and a spacious hallway.
The rooftop terrace features three comfortably furnished seating areas.
Make yourself at home in the cozy living area, furnished with great attention to detail! This is enhanced by, among other things, a comfortable upholstered sofa set as well as amenities such as an LED TV, DVD/CD player, a large collection of CDs, DVDs, and books, and games.
The dining area, with its large round table and four chairs, is perfect for sharing meals together.
The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop, as well as various small appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, a hand mixer, a hand blender, as well as plenty of pots and pans and attractive dishes and silverware.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, while Bedroom 2 offers two additional sleeping spots thanks to a sleeper sofa. Both rooms have ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub, and separate shower (with shower door) as well as a heated towel rack.
A hair dryer, makeup mirror, and bathroom stool round out the amenities.
The rooftop terrace offers additional open space that you should definitely enjoy! You can access it from any room. Follow the sun... while having breakfast in the back area overlooking the park-like courtyard, at noon from the side of the kitchen, and in the evening in front of the living area as you watch beautiful sunsets.
