By 3 encircling large roof terraces of the penthouse apartments you can over the rooftops of Binz towards the sea, the forests of the Granitz, even some with up to Schmachter See. Enjoy good times with gorgeous sunsets and fantastic views from your terrace or enjoy your holiday with the free disposal, own beach chair on the beach. The beautiful sandy beach and promenade with its many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Due to the close location to the nature reserve Granitz and Binzer to the beach, find a quiet place to relax, but also a starting point for many excursions. Your car is protected with us in the garage and bicycles can be parked in the bike shed.

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Blick auf Binz und die beiden "Seen" ist wirklich schön. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Vielleicht sollte man nochmal explizit darauf hinweisen, daß der Strandkorb nur während der Saison nutzbar ist. Bei diesem Wetter hätte ich ihn schon gerne gehabt. Aber das ist auch wirklich die einzige Anmerkung.
Sonst alles top. Klarer Daumen hoch.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick über Binz bis hin zum Meer. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wer hier einen Grund zur Unzufriedenheit findet, hat selber Schuld. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald, so dass man morgens schöne Spaziergänge oder Joggingrunden machen konnte. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus oder Bäderbahn sind direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben die Abende auf der Dachterrasse mit Sonnenuntergang und Käutzchenrufen aus dem Wald sehr genossen.
Besonders erwähnen möchten wir das Zuvorkommen der Vermieter, die uns sehr entgegengekommen sind und uns stets freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Verfügung standen und uns sogar einen Sonderwunsch bei der Buchung erfüllten. Ganz lieben Dank dafür und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten 10 wirklich schöne und erholsame Tage auf Rügen. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Größe ist ideal für 3 Personen.
Man ist schnell am Strand und im Ort und hat einen guten Startpunkt für Spaziergänge.
Das Parkhaus ist schon "besonders", mit einem größeren Auto wäre es sicher schwieriger geworden.
