Apartment 13 “Strandläufer”
This beautiful 2-room apartment, featuring a covered balcony perfect for enjoying the evening sun, measures approximately 48 square meters and is located on the mezzanine level of “Villa Bakenberg.” The vacation apartment—which can be booked for two people—has been furnished with great care and taste, immediately making you feel welcome.
The spacious living and dining room with an integrated kitchenette is cleverly divided into distinct areas. Make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa set in front of the large Smart TV, read a good book, listen to some music, and plan your next outing. Wi-Fi access is, of course, also available to you free of charge.
The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop including an oven and range hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Of course, there’s no shortage of dishes, pans, pots, and other kitchen essentials. By the way, the nearest grocery store with a bakery is only about 650 m from the house.
You can choose to dine either at the large dining table in the living room or on the balcony, where the sun shines in the afternoon and evening.
The separate bedroom in your accommodation features a very comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and a second television. The windows can, of course, be blacked out so that late sleepers aren’t woken up by the sun early in the morning. There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the closet and other storage compartments.
The bathroom is also impressive. Here you’ll find a shower/toilet, a sink with a mirror and a hair dryer, as well as a wall-mounted radiator where you can warm your towels to cozy warmth.
A duplex parking space (which takes some getting used to due to the rather narrow entrance and exit) with a maximum clearance height of 1.60 m is available free of charge for your car in the underground garage. Alternatively, the nearby public forest parking lot offers day passes at reasonable prices. There is also a shared bicycle storage room in the building.
Apartment 13, “Strandläufer,” is designed for 1–2 people. Upon registration and for a fee, your four-legged friend is also welcome to join you on your trip. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
