Atrium Vacation Home (up to 16 people) - Family and Group Vacation Homes in the Southern Eifel

Large, modern vacation home with a loft and galleys for up to 16 guests. The Eifel-Atrium vacation home offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large loft serving as a combined dining, living, and kitchen area, as well as two galleys with additional living spaces, all spread over 150 m². The optimal occupancy is 14 people, though additional beds and sleeper sofas are available for larger groups.
What makes this vacation home special is the open living area designed as a loft. The loft spans several floors of the house, bringing light and an open feel to the entire building. Two lofts offer additional spaces to retreat or read without being completely isolated from the rest of the living area.
The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a table made from a Formula 1 tire. The dining area features benches and a large table for all guests. The kitchen is equipped with a large side-by-side refrigerator and six burners.

The house can accommodate a total of 16 people, including a maximum of 14 adults. There are two twin rooms, two triple rooms, and a shared room with eight sleeping spots. Additionally, there is a sofa bed on each of the two lofts.
The gallery and the lofts, combined with the large windows, give the vacation home an open and bright feel. In addition to central heating, the vacation home features an automatically refilled pellet stove. Each floor has a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
In front of and behind the house, you’ll find a large terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill.
The vacation home is located near three other vacation homes. Please keep noise levels down in the evening and observe quiet hours outdoors starting at 11 p.m. For this reason, we cannot recommend the vacation home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to age 25). We would like to make it clear that bachelor/bachelorette parties and drinking binges are not welcome.

On-site costs: Payment: 20% upon booking, the remainder 4 weeks before the start of your stay. A binding reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation (including via fax or email). All prices include heating, electricity, water, and final cleaning. Pets allowed upon request (for an additional fee)



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
