We just stayed at this flat in Stade, and it was a very nice flat. My only complaint would be that it didn't have a clothes dryer for the washing machine. Otherwise it was very neat and clean, and was in a very good location near the grocery store and restaurants.

This is an excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Just a few steps from restaurants and supermarkets right in the beautiful old part of Stade.

Stade ist definitiv eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt und ist sehr ruhig. Mag vielleicht auch der Vorsaison Ende April geschuldet sein. Stade ist ein zauberhaftes Städtchen mit guter Gastronomie, vielen Geschäften, Kaufland ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, einem interessanten Museum und perfekt als Ausgangspunkt fürs Radfahren ( Ausleihen von Rädern im Ort möglich ) im Alten Land oder auch mal einen kurzen Trip nach Hamburg. In einer knappen Stunde ist man von Stade mit dem Regionalexpress am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief absolut problemlos. Gerne wieder!

Angenehm überrascht beii der Ankunft, netter Empfang und auspacken kein Problem. Unterkunft und Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Kommunikation und Infos gut. Drei Schritte bis ins Centrum. Was will man mehr.

Stade ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, von wo aus man auch leicht in andere Städte wie z.b. Hamburg entweder mit Auto oder Zug gelangen kann. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und die Vermieter sehr nett. Auch liegt Sie optimal in Innenstadt so das man leicht überall hin kommt. Wir sind mit unseren 3 jungs zwischen 5 und 11…Jahren dort hingekommen. Trotzdem gegenüber eine kleine Bar ist war es am Wochenende relativ leise von der Wohnung aus zu hören und hat deshalb nicht gestört. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Geräumige helle Ferienwohnung mit ansprechenden Möbeln und einer Top-Lage. Der Weg zur Fußgängerzone der Altstadt beträgt nur wenige Meter, genauso wie zum Kaufland am Ende der Straße. Waschmaschine und WLAN sind vorhanden - besonders wichtig bei Teenagern! Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus und Kellerplatz für Fahrräder vorhanden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!
