Great location but could be improved with a couple of small things.

Brilliant Location and has everything you need. Comfortable bed.

The shutters in kitchen area didn’t work, no bath mat and shower door was leaking so lots of water on the floor and bed had plastic under sheet which in the hot weather was very uncomfortable.

Exceptional

We stayed for 7 days and location is perfect. Just in city center fischmarkt, you can see historic altstadt. You can find a really good supermarket 100 meter near, that was also really good. Room was very hood organised and usefull. We had enough plates and glasses. And the people that we contacted with were really nice and friendly. I can easily recommend this place. LG

Prima keuze om Stade te verkennen, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding matig.

De ligging was supercentraal en toch rustig.

De douche sloot niet goed waardoor de vloer constant vreselijk nat werd. In de basis was de schoonmaak prima met rare uitzonderingen zoals vlekken in het bedlaken en een zeer smerige ventilator. De kamer kon niet goed geventileerd worden en daardoor bleef het een beetje stuffie.

Klein und zu teuer!!!

Die Lage.

Es gab nur noch wenig Geschirr, wahrscheinlich war schon einiges zu Bruch gegangen, ohne ersetzt worden zu sein. Die Türdichtungen der Dusche sind am ersten Tag abgefallen und wir brauchten saugfähige Tücher. Dass das Bett ein Schrankbett ist, ist aus der Beschreibung bei booking.com nicht hervor gegangen. Kein “Schlafzimmer“, sondern ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, das man mögen muss, und das ich nicht gebucht hätte ( vorallem nicht für diesen Preis) wenn ich es gewusst hätte! Im Hausflur hat es nach Fisch gerochen ( fast eine Woche lang) und vor dem einzigen Fenster, durch das man hätte lüften können, standen die Mülltonnen (im Innenhof) und wurden Fahrräder gelagert und entnommen. Alles in allem ist das sehr kleine (26 m2) Zimmer okay, wenn man weiß worauf man sich einlässt und es nicht so teuer wäre.

Klein, aber fein

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber fein. Funktional auf kleinem Raum geschickt eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgeleuchtet. Hell und freundlich. In der Innenstadt, nahe des alten Hafens.

Das Bett war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es ist sehr bequem , aber zunächst schwierig aufzubauen. Wenn man den Bogen raus hat, ist es leicht auf und wieder zu zuklappen. Durch das Zuklappen erhält man einen gemütlichen Wohnraum.

Ein guter Kurzurlaub.

Die sehr zentrale Lage.

Da keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war (nur eine Espressomaschine) hat uns der Vermieter sofort eine neue Kaffeemaschine vorbei gebracht. Das Parkplatzproblem ist durch die Lage bedingt. Aber auch hier gab mir der Vermieter einen guten Tipp. So so stand unser Auto die ganze Zeit kostenfrei in einer Straße (ca. 130 m vom Quartier)
