About this house rental

A short distance from sledding, skiing, and more, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to Neubeuern Castle or the 10-minute walk to Inn.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 969-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too. Other amenities include a living room, bed sheets, heating, and wardrobe or closet.

Our four-night stay in this unique property was most enjoyable. Its location afforded us easy day trips and a short drive to the Munich airport. Each of the bedrooms is on a separate floor with the third bedroom with twin beds in the loft. This proved a bit tricky for us as we are not as agile as we once were. We appreciated the home’s cleanliness, its balcony from which one can see the Alps, and its modern conveniences, esp. the heated floors. Furthermore, communication with Elisabeth was efficient and prompt. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this home.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es weiter empfehlen. Positiv: - sehr schön eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert - gut ausgestatte Küche (tolles Geschirr, hochwertige Küchengeräte - Toaster, Wasserkocher, French Press,...) - Sauna! (10€ pro Saunanutzung) - tolle Terasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten - Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück - sehr sauber - fußläufig Bäckerei (sehr nah) und Supermarkt (circa 10min) - Hunde erlaubt und es gibt schöne Spaziermöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe Potentiell negativ: - keinerlei Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten und große Glasflächen im Obergeschoss. Lebensmittel auf der Küchenablage waren schwer außerhalb der Sonne zu platzieren. Könnte mir vorstellen dass es im Sommer dort ordentlich heiß wird. Gilt vermutlich auch für die Schlafmöglichkeiten im OG auf der Platform unterm Dach - keine Spülmaschine - sehr steile und durchaus rutschige Treppe. Für kleinere Kinder und ältere Haustiere problematisch.
