About this apartment rental
Centrally located vacation rental with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people.
The Hermannplatz subway station is approximately 250 meters away and offers quick access to the city center and BER Airport via the U7 and U8 lines.
Various shopping options (groceries, etc.) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Summary of House Rules:
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Check-in before 3:00 PM, check-out after 10:00 AM, and luggage storage are not permitted. You must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Animals of any kind are NOT permitted
- Children under 12 years of age cannot be accommodated
- Bed linens and 2 towels per person are included
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building (apartment, by the windows, in the stairwell, on balconies and terraces, etc.). If you smoke, you will be charged at least €200 and the reservation will be canceled immediately.
- Parties are not permitted in the apartment and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- The apartment may only be used by the guests/persons listed on the registration certificate. Use by third parties or additional occupancy is not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
- A fee of €100 (for the locking system) will be charged for each lost key and must be paid in cash on-site upon loss.

Felt so welcome in this space.
The property was in an edgy neighborhood close to the metro. This apartment was the entire floor with generous size bedrooms, a well thought out kitchen with everything you could need to prepare gourmet meals or a quick bit to eat, tons of windows letting in tons of natural light and 3 full bathrooms.
The home provided games, a speaker system for music and the check in was simple. The hosts were attentive and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this VRBO if you are traveling to Berlin.

This place was amazing - even better than the pictures! There was plenty of room for 9 people which is a rare find in Berlin. We were located right next to the subway station so it was easy to travel to all the sites we wanted to see. Highly recommend this stay :)
