The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spacious. It’s situated in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet location, as no through streets disturb the peaceful vacation atmosphere.

After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll find yourself on the shopping and strolling promenade. From the Wohnpark, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride.
