The fine sandy beach, the pier in Binz, and the beach road with many shops and restaurants are about 8 minutes. The apartment no. 01 is located on the ground floor and offers you about 68 m² living space to feel good. A terrace with seating completes the apartment. An on-site children's playground and a barbecue area are available for guests.

The nicely furnished Non smoking apartment covers about 68 square meters and can accommodate 4 adults + 1 child up to 17 years. The 2 room apartment on the ground floor is very spacious and has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, bedside consoles, wardrobe and access to the terrace. In the living / dining area with a dining area with additional chairs and a cozy couch corner (with pull-out), table, dresser and flat-screen TV and DVD player. Adjacent you have a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, 4-zone ceramic hob with oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle and various kitchen utensils. The bathroom with window is fully equipped with marble tiles and has a shower, vanity and toilet. The sunny terrace, which can be reached through the living and sleeping area, invites you to end your day in peace. All rooms are tiled and the living area and the bedroom can be darkened by external blinds. A free Wi-Fi access is available in the apartment. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. A parking space belongs to the apartment to. In a meeting room can be used for a fee washer and dryer.
