This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the top floor, measures about 33 m², and features a furnished south-facing balcony with a side view of Lake Schmachter. All floors are either tiled or feature modern wood-look flooring.
The living area includes, among other things, a comfortable sofa (which converts into a bed for two people), a flat-screen TV with cable, and a stereo system with a radio and CD/DVD player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a convection oven with a microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, as well as a kettle and two coffee makers for filter coffee and coffee pods.
The separate bedroom offers enough space for a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a travel crib (provided in the apartment). The highlight: When the weather is nice, the bedroom window offers a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, Binz Bay, and the chalk cliffs—the landmark of the island of Rügen.
In the hallway, there is a spacious closet that holds a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and an electric grill for the balcony.
