About this house rental
FINCA BENGTSON: Family plantation of avocados/bananas on a protected area. Heated Pool (25ºC), gardens & parking. From January 2023 the pool will be shared with another apartment for 2. This is a brand-new ATTIC is for rent, with its own private entrance. Spectacular 360º views from its 48 m2 private terrace. Large 55 m2 loft ideal for 2, but additionally has also a 33 m2 mezzanine with double bed. It has the quietness of a country house, but being on the coast, 5 minutes driving to town centre. There is also a toilet on the ground level. The finca has own private parking.

We had a fabulous stay in Tenerife. The top floor of this house is quiet, modern and has fantastic views. We slept comfortably and were happy with all of the utensils in the kitchen. The internet is incredibly fast and good for streaming music and shows. We enjoyed the barbeque, which came with all accessories we needed and on other nights, we walked to the town through the beautiful Parque Taoro (lots of climbing, though). Breakfast on the terrace every was fantastic. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby to stock up on food and drinks. We definitely recommend this place!
