About this villa rental
Villa Xenia is a luxury villa ideal for relaxing holidays.
It is a two storey villa with 3 bedrooms, two on the main house and the third on the annexe,attached to the main house. Private swimming pool, wonderful gardens and terraces all around the house with amazing sea and mountain views.
Villa Xenia belong to a complex of seven luxury villas ( Kyma & Eros Villas ) set amongst beautifully well kept gardens and a large lawn area that surrounds the swimming pool. These villas are suitable for families or for a group of friends.
Villa Xenia is a two storey property. At the basement ,overlooking the swimming pool, is one of the bedrooms and the living room. At the lower ground floor, overlooking the wonderful back yard is the second bedroom, the kitchen and the dining area. The third bedroom is separate at the studio house attached to the main house, with it's own patio area.
It is also the ideal place for your wedding (we can organize for you the wedding of your dreams) or for your honeymoon. This villa can be rent together with the other 6 villas we have at our holiday complex of Kyma & Eros Villas.

We loved staying at Xenia Villa. The pool and outside area are perfect with a view through the trees out to the sea. The house was clean & very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. We were a bit worried about the planes and being near to the runway but it wasn’t a problem at all. No planes at night or early in the morning either so it’s really not an issue. Irene & Iro were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better week. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

My first thought as we walked around the property through the garden and pool area was wow, it really is beautiful. The second thing that quickly struck me was that the kitchen area is on a different level to the pool and gardens it’s downstairs from this. So eating meals and even getting drinks to this area was a bit of a chore for me, that’s entirely subjective of course . Also the barbecue is on the upper level so you still have to run up and down with plates,cutlery etc. the internet was down for the majority of the stay so a lot of emailing between the property manager who was as helpful as she could possibly be in the circumstances. I would definitely stay here again but for me it would be in one of the other villas in the complex where the kitchen is is all on the same level. One last thing the inside living room is very small for sitting space, we were only a couple so not an issue but for full occupancy would be a bit of a squeeze for everyone.

Lovely location in gated community with beautiful gardens & pool in such a peaceful area. Owner Iro was so welcoming and informative. Nothing too much trouble. Would gladly stay here again.
PS. Villa located on flight path into kefalonia airport but did not interfere with enjoyment or noise, in fact it was lovely to be able to lie on your sunbed by the pool and wave to the newcomers !

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Xenia und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Garten und Pool waren super und laden zum ganztägigen verweilen ein. Kleiner Strand, mini markt und Bars/Restaurant in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Argostoli ist mit dem Auto in ca 15-20 min erreichbar. Weitere tolle Strände sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin (Iro) und die Angestellten sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Start- und Landebahn des Flughafens weswegen es etwas laut wird. Hat uns aber nicht gestört (wenig Flugverkehr auf der Insel).
Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.
