L’emplacement est très bien, à 10 minutes du centre-ville. L’appartement est super cute, grand et confortable. Beaucoup d’équipements disponible, tout pour faire à manger, même du café, ce qui est un grand plus pour moi. Je recommande l’établissement, nous avec bien apprécié notre séjour ici.

Aucun nettoyage, donc tout s’est salit très vite. Le plancher était sale, avec du sable. Les poubelles étaient pleines. On a manqué de papier de toilette.

L'alloggio si trova in posizione tranquilla vicino si trova un piccolo market e 2 ristoranti . È possibile parcheggiare su strada e andare a piedi. Poi se si vuole più "movida" 8 km e siete ad Argostoli.

Piccole cose facilmente rimediabili abbiamo ricevuto come benvenuti una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo . In minimo di sale , olio , aceto tovaglioli di carta e una scorta di carta igienica sarebbero state molto gradite .

Attractive renovated (old?) building, decorated in a clean simple style. Excellent large remotely controlled sun canopy. Good rigid sliding mosquito screens. Comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Good wardrobe space, plenty of hangers. Good sized terrace in ground floor apartments with comfortable chairs and table. Good shower and hot water although you are asked to switch on the hot water at the fuse box 30 minutes prior to wanting to have a shower.

No internet for the first 3 days as the bill hadn't been paid according to a notification I got when logging on. Bathrooms are dated with redundant conduit pipe sticking out of the wall. A/C unit dripped water heavily overnight which created a large puddle on the floor and soaked the sofa arm. Contacted the management co. and someone was sent out the following day, whilst I was out to repair it although 10 minutes after I switched it back on it started dripping again. Contacted management co. again and was asked "was I sure?" This wasn't just a little occasional drip this was constant and again soaked the sofa whilst I was having a shower. I was told to switch it off and not use it even though it was 32 degrees outside. I was then moved to the ground floor apartment which was vacant. The ground floor apartment I moved into was smaller than upstairs and is described as 'deluxe' for some reason. Very little work surface in both apartments, no kitchen essentials supplied. No non stick frying pan upstairs but 2 in ground floor apartment?!? The balcony upstairs wasn't a comfortable place to sit because the seating was very basic and seemed very small, almost like childrens chairs. The building is on a road that is a main route to the west so there is constant traffic, it wasn't a place I felt was very relaxing but definitely the ground floor apartments were best to sit outside. There were no toiletries supplied as described in the description. I'm guessing they rely on previous guests leaving stuff (like I did). The furniture in both apartments I stayed in wasn't very comfortable. Asked about a late check-out and was refused, my flight was at 16.00 and check-out was 10.00. I was told the apartment had to be cleaned for next guests. I decided to get ready and sit and wait until the cleaner turned up at which point I would leave. Guess what? nobody showed and I used the apartment for another 4+ hours.
