House with private pool for exclusive use among woods and hills, 8 km from Spoleto
Relax in complete privacy in a detached house surrounded by nature, at 630 meters above sea level, in the small village of Borgiano.
Here you will find peace, nature, and a private pool just for you, far from the crowds and perfect for recharging.
Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for tranquility and exclusive spaces, close to the famous former Spoleto–Norcia railway path.

The entire property is for exclusive use: the house and the pool will be just for you.
The house is spread over two levels, perfect for sharing a holiday while maintaining privacy.
Main floor:
Fully equipped kitchen
Living room with sofa bed
Terrace
Bathroom with shower and small bathtub
Double bedroom (possibility to add a single bed or baby cot)
Room with fireplace and sofa bed
Lower floor (independent):
Area with 3 single beds
Bathroom with shower
Kitchenette
👉 The two floors can be separated to ensure more privacy: the internal staircase has a door that can be closed, making the floors completely independent. Ideal for two families or groups of friends who want to stay together without giving up personal space.
🌴 Outdoor area and pool
The private pool is located about 20 meters from the house, in a fenced and equipped area with:
Barbecue
Outdoor dining table
Mini fridge
Sun loungers for relaxing
