Located in the highest piazza in the picturesque medieval town Trevi. The house is within walking distance of several good restaurants, shops and services.
The present Palazzo Neri as we know it, located on the highest piazza Piazza della Rocca, consists of two once separated parts : “Ex-chiesa di San Filippo Neri” (former chapel di San Filippo Neri) and a new wing :” Resti della Rocca” (the remains of the fortress)
Palazzo Neri : once a 17th century chapel, now transformed in a 3 storey structure, like a historical "loft" built around a 9m high atrium with 3 bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen and several big living rooms.
“Resti della Rocca” , the new wing is a fully restored ruin from the fifteenth century. In this part we have an open space, a sun terrace, a swimspa with shower , a summer kitchen and and a beautifull cellar .
Both areas have been restored with lots of respect for their historicial heritage, transforming the location into a luxurious, three bedroom mansion, away from the daily city live.

Beautiful accommodation, even better than the pictures show. There is so much attention to detail and thoughtfulness.Trevi is also a wonderful location and ideally situated for sightseeing.Moira who met and greeted us was lively and really helpful.Cannot recommend highly enough.

Palazzo Neri is an elegant and relaxing house at the top of peaceful Trevi. From the kitchen to the endless lap pool, from the roof top patio to the comfortable living room and parlor, there is much to love about the place. Moira is an excellent guide and friendly woman who made us feel very much at home. We loved the Palazzo Neri and hope to come back!

My wife, adult son and I stayed at Palazzo Neri for one week and had a truly memorable stay. The Palazzo is gorgeous and the facilities all first rate. We wish our permanent home were close to this nice.Trevi is a cute hilltop town that provides a quiet escape, yet is close to all there is to see in Umbria. We loved our day trips to Assisi, Spoleto and Montefalcon. As well, Trevi has several nice restaurants where one can enjoy a nice, relaxed meal after a busy day.Rik, the owner, was easy to work with and provided really nice guidance for what to see and do in the area.We couldn't ask for a nicer stay.
