About this house rental
A Condé Nast award winning UNESCO castle village hotel in the heart of La Valnerina national park, Umbria. 45 mins from Perugia international airport. My home is self-catering with option to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner in the village. Postignano is a perfect base for art historians and outdoor lovers. Revive yourself with delicious organic food and pampering touches. Postignano welcomes you like long lost friends. Bike hire /horse riding available nearby.
There are two large double bedrooms, (King and Queen) one bathroom and large sitting room/dining /kitchen area. A fireplace in the corner ensures cosy nights. Underfloor heating for winter evenings. Enjoy the flexibility of cooking at home or eating and drinking entirely in the village at the cafe/wine bar and organic restaurant. The newly heated swimming pool is salt water with ample intimate garden spaces for privacy. The Turkish spa, outdoor jacuzzi and treatment area looks out across the valley. Unwind to the sound of birdsong. In the evenings enjoy a glass of wine in one of the endless outdoor spots for a little privacy or go indoors to one of the communal sitting rooms and or billiards room. Enjoy the various art small galleries and artisan shop. Postignano is small yet perfectly formed..

Lovely hill top setting in this restored castle village. The apartment is very pretty, and we enjoyed the pool and a soothing spa treatment.
The kitchen is small but has what you need. We cooked several times, and dined out several time. L'Abbazia restaurant was a wonderful dining experience. (Loc. Castel San Felice Sant'Anatolia di Narco),
The staff at the hotel property are very friendly and helpful, and answered many questions for us. Easy travel to Spoleto for some sightseeing too.
