The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator, but to access it you must climb a staircase situated at the entrance of the building 🏞️… but the view and atmosphere will reward every step!
This spacious and bright apartment is the ideal place for those seeking comfort, relaxation, and breathtaking views 🌅. The living room, with a double sofa bed, opens onto a terrace with a splendid view of the Gulf of Tigullio. It features a separate kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view 🌊, a single bedroom, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower 🚿), air conditioning ❄️, and private parking.
The apartment is located within an elegant residential complex surrounded by greenery, with a seasonal swimming pool 🏊♀️ (from 15/06 to 15/09) and a tennis court (must be reserved before use) 🎾.
Please note that supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies are at some distance: the use of a car is recommended to easily reach the main services.
