About this villa rental
A traditional-style villa with stunning views over the Gulf of Cugnana and unspoiled Sardinian countryside. This villa sleeps 8 people and makes an idyllic base for family or friends who want to explore one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean, and relax in nature.
The house is blessed with lovely outdoor space, including a veranda, where guests can dine al fresco enjoying the beautiful panorama over the coast. The second covered terrace acts as an outdoor sitting room with a sofa and armchairs. The open-plan living room combines a sitting area, with a sofa and TV and a large dining table plus the fitted kitchen with a wooden kitchen table. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a moka coffee maker. A door leads from the kitchen to a rear terrace.

Bedroom 1: A bright bedroom with a double bed, armchairs and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and French windows leading out to the terrace.
Bedroom 3: Another charming bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and door out onto the terrace.
Bedroom 4: This cosy room has a single bed, a second pull-out single bed and extensive storage cupboards.
Bathrooms
There are two attractively tiled bathrooms, both with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Set in tranquil countryside with magnificent views this villa is close to the local shops and just 5km from a supermarket. In Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended.
The famous Rena Bianca beach on the Costa Smeralda is only 10 minutes away, whilst the jet-set resort of Porto Cervo is 20 minutes.
Porto Rotondo (15 minutes) is known for its marina, but during the summer months the town hosts a weekly (Wednesday) crafts market where you can find many local crafts and stylish fashion accessories.
Olbia\'s port and airport are about 20 minutes away.
