La Casa degli Ulivi, built in the early years of the last century in the traditional style of Sardinian homes, was later expanded by the owner in the 1980s and used as a gathering place for the family during summer vacations.
The house features a large front veranda suitable for living, a comfortable kitchen equipped with all major appliances—including a dishwasher—a spacious living room with a sofa bed, two large double bedrooms, one of which also has two single beds and the other a bunk bed and a single bed.
The two bedrooms can be accessed not only from the living area but also from a spacious, separate entryway, which can be used as a sitting area or an additional sleeping area, as it is furnished with a sofa bed.
There are two bathrooms: one adjacent to the living area and the other accessible from the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
The living room features a fireplace, as does the hallway leading to the sleeping area, allowing the house to be heated during colder months.
The house, formerly used as a vacation home by the owner’s family, features classic furnishings dating back to the 1960s. The only modern touch can be found in the fully equipped modular kitchen.
