Our beautiful and unique property is located just a few minutes from the center of
Porto Rotondo and its famous beaches, and just a few minutes from the stunning beach
in the Gulf of Marinella. Nestled in lush greenery with typical Sardinian plants
and bizarrely shaped granite rocks, you’ll find the perfect setting for
an unforgettable vacation. In the center of our beautifully maintained grounds
lies a spectacular swimming pool whose sinuous curves blend seamlessly into the
surrounding nature. Here you can relax to background music on comfortable lounge chairs and find shade
under large umbrellas. The pool features a whirlpool area, a
counter-current swimming lane, and a rock that serves as a diving board. For those seeking
a truly unique experience, you can enjoy a massage from the water of our
waterfall. At night, the pool glows in seven colors—an ideal spot for a
romantic aperitif at sunset or a gathering for
events and parties.In Monorosa, we’ve arranged the sleeping area, the
dining area, and a kitchenette all within a single room. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a
double bed and a built-in closet, which are separated from the rest of the room by a
half-height wall. Other furnishings include a round table for two
people, a TV, and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer,
a microwave, a stovetop, and a washing machine. The ceiling is wood-paneled and adorned with chestnut beams
. The small bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The veranda
overlooking the garden is furnished with a table for two and sheltered from the sun
and wind by a bamboo windbreak and plants.
