Host Marco was excellent. Very responsive to queries. Property was cute and functional. It was pretty clean. Proximity to pool (60 seconds) and beach (5 mins) was great. Basic cooking facilities and local supermarket made cooking simple meals nice and easy.
Elevator out of order which made getting baby and buggy upstairs a challenge. The air-con filter was clogged on first night so very very hot but Marco responded quickly to fix the following morning and no further complaints.

The location was EXCELLENT.
The property manager was EXCELLENT.
The villa was simple but the outside was PERFECT.
Parking was EXCELLENT.
Beach was EXCELLENT.
Had everything we needed or wanted.
The actual address given to us.
Spent OVER AN HOUR trying to find no one ever heard of the name so were not able to help
I had to get in touch with booking.com to give me the manager number to finally meet us at the address on line which WAS NOT ACTUALLY the address or name of the villa
VERY CONFUSING AND FRUSTRATING
Also would be SO HELPFUL if they left a portable beach chair for the beach.
We were UNABLE to rent ANY during our stay so it would have been so nice.

Very comfortable and cool apartment, well air-conditioned, everything available we needed. Beautiful sea view and very easy access to pool and beach. Host Marco was very helpful, checking in regularly, giving helpful information on the area and even booking experiences for us.
Access to bins were limited to certain days and times but this did not take from the experience.

Very clean apartment, nice pool and gardens, close to the beach, bottle of water in the fridge on arrival, balcony, apartment is nice and cool in June heat even without the air conditioner
A few small inconveniences eg no beach towels supplied, no pods for dishwasher, no cooking oil or basics eg salt and pepper. Pool is shut if there is no lifeguard even if its still hot and the sun is still up. The area in general is pretty quiet which was fine for us but its not the area to be if you want vibrancy. Maybe it was too early in the season though. Bathroom is fine but very compact. Overall its a fine place to stay but Id check out something else next time.
