The Space:
You will love this two-bedroom home located in a brand new building close to Tel Aviv’s sunny beaches, but there’s nothing remotely beach-like about this home – except for the view from the living room, of course. Instead, it’s decorated with luxurious textures, Hollywood Regency–style palm leaf wallpaper, and a fun tribute to Audrey Hepburn.
The tower offers amazing views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment features a comfortable living area with a fully fitted modern kitchen and a beautiful terrace.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The apartment includes two modern bathrooms with bathtubs, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay.
You will be able to enjoy a lovely sit out sun terrace with a sea view, an open plan kitchen / lounge with two larges sofas that can also be made into a bed and all the electronic devices of the property.
We provide all fresh linen, bath towels and some starting essentials bathing products.

Location was amazing. The apartment was very bright, roomy with excellent views of the sea and city.
Close to everything you will ever need in Tel Aviv.

PRO:
Very good view on the sea
Great location
Spacious
Easy and safe access via hotel lobby
Cons:
Was not clean on our arrival
Couch was discussing we had to get it clean and could not use it for 24 hours as it was drying
Window on the balconies have never been wash we could not see true them
General maintenance of the condo not acceptable for the price we are paying
On our arrival there was only 4 towel for 4 people 2 weeks not enough
The kitchen pot pans forks and knife are cheap , used and not high quality
The lights and stove fan not working
Lights in the room not working
We had no hot water for 2 days
TV was not working on our arrival they had to come to reprogram.
They do not supply any beach towels even f the condo is on the beach
There is only one dish washing cloth for the condo (2 weeks)
They proved one roll of toilet paper per bath room for 2 weeks, you have to purchase your own as well as soaps and paper towel
We were paying a premium rate per night at that price we were expecting 4 to 5 star type of accommodation, we got 2 to 3 star accommodation , at that price for 2 weeks the least they could do is refresh the condo change the sheet bed, in between the 2 weeks, but they ask $500 extra to do it.
Very happy with our trip, disappointed about the condo it self it need some LOVE
