Elegant studio apartment in the ancient neighbourhood of Graziella, inside a redeveloped courtyard in Ortigia, Syracuse.This simply yet elegantly furnished studio apartment, located on the ground floor, opens to a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. From here there is access to a well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with a microwave. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with shower. From the living room, through a metal staircase, guests will reach a mezzanine with a queen size bed and a wardrobe. In front of the entrance to the apartment, there is a furnished space with a sunshade, chairs and a table. Outdoors, there is also a private laundry room with a washing machine. At guests’ disposal there is air conditioning and heating.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
