About this villa rental
This splendid villa for rent in Sardinia is located in the splendid natural setting of Baia Santa Reparata, a few steps from the sea. Villa Bolina has large and welcoming outdoor spaces such as a very spacious and well-kept lawn adorned with decorative plants and entirely surrounded by a hedge which gives the property great confidentiality and privacy. In addition, villa Bolina has a wonderful fully equipped outdoor veranda with a very comfortable corner sofa and armchairs that allow you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in company while admiring the wonderful sea view framed by a bougainvillea pergola with intense aromas.
Also in the rear part of the property it is possible to find a comfortable and large patio equipped with a hob and barbecue, as well as a large table and a peninsula for pleasantly having meals outdoors. In addition, Villa Bolina has various facilities for leisure and recreational activities for carefree convivial moments with relatives and friends.

NOTE: in the event of a cancellation within the period in which a refund is due, an administration fee of €25.00, as well as any bank transfer fees, will be withheld

We stayed at villa Bolina for a week in August. It is a very quiet and private villa despite being in a very lively village in August! The highlights are definitely the beautiful garden and a fantastic sea just a few metres away. The house was very nice and well-kept and the staff really helpful. Thank you!

A really beautiful villa with an original design! Clean and equipped with every comfort and a very well-kept garden suitable for the children who had a great time. it was an unforgettable holiday and we would have stayed longer since the village of Santa Reparata and the surrounding area are uniquely beautiful!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Villa Bolina, a Santa Reparata. La villa era pulitissima e super spaziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfetta per una famiglia grande come la nostra. Oltretutto la villa era molto comoda in quanto a due passi dal mare. Complimenti alla Sardinia Unlimited per la professionalità!

I booked villa Bollina through Sardinia Unlimited. Everything worked perfectly and the house absolutely lived up to my expectations! Delicious, in an optimal position as it is close to the sea. Attention to detail and exactly corresponding to the descriptions of the site. I recommend Sardinia Unlimited and Villa Bolina for a wonderful holiday in Sardinia!
