About this villa rental
Les Bouganvilles is an independent villa surrounded by a wide garden, situated in a panoramic location on a small cape that separates the residential complex of Cala Capra and the Residence Porto Mannu, which overlooks the beautiful beach Venalonga.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a living/dining room with 2 beautiful sliding windows overlooking the sea.
The living room couch, if necessary, can be transformed into a comfortable double bed.
A wide veranda, with a wonderful view of the Maddalena Archipelago Islands, surrounds part of the house and is fully equipped with outdoor kitchen (barbecue, stove, sink and countertop), dining area and living-area.
Furthermore, in a sheltered patio, there are a comfortable shower (hot/cold), cabinets for bathrobes and garden tools.
The terrace, the patio and the lawn offer the opportunity to sunbathe in privacy, comfortable deckchairs, watching the sea.
Inside, the villa is equipped with two TVs (one in a bedroom and one in the living room), air conditioning, heating, WIFI, safe, and all appliances necessary for a relaxing holiday. Reserved for guests there is also a private covered parking space and the possibility to park on the roadside.
Price includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, wifi), bed linen and towels, a weekly cleaning service with change of linen and a extra change of towels midweek.
It does not include the € 300 deposit to be delivered in cash on arrival, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.
It also does not include the tourist tax, due to the Municipality of Palau.
The villa is particularly suitable for those with a boat, being able to moor at the port of Cala Capra, just 500 meters from the Villa, where you can make excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago Islands.

A portion is used by our family, the other two, part A and part C, are offered for rent on this site. This is the portion A, the portion C can be found always on VRBO, with advert id: 6079668.

Ho soggiornato con la mia grande e variegata famiglia presso la casa del sig. Davide. Siamo stati molto bene, soprattutto per gli ampi spazi esterni molto panoramici. La casa è ben attrezzata e organizzata. Le visite giornaliere ,discrete e attente, del custode hanno permesso di risolvere subito dubbi e richieste. Grazie!

Wir haben Ende März eine insgesamt schöne Woche hier verbracht. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und einen schönen Garten/ Terrasse.
Der Hauswart war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos.
Einiges sollte man jedoch wissen, denn dies geht so aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor: von den 3 Badezimmern ist nur eins wirklich im Haus gelegen, ein zweites begeht man über die Terrasse von außen, das dritte besteht aus einer Außendusche in einer Art Innenhof über den man dann in einen weiteren kleinen Raum mit Toilette und Waschbecken gelangt.
Das einzige von innen begehbare Bad hat keinerlei Ablageflächen, der Duschkopf sollte erneuert werden, die Toilettenspülung funktioniert schlecht und die Tür ist nicht abschließbar da herausgebrochen.
In einem Schlafzimmer war die Heizung/ Klimaanlage außer Funktion. Das Wohnzimmer verfügte nur über eine kleine Heizung, so dass das Haus bei Nachttemperaturen unter 10 Grad nicht warm wurde.
Diese Dinge sollten funktionieren, wenn man das Haus ganzjährig vermietet.
Die letzte Nacht haben wir in der kleineren Einheit nebenan verbracht ( die während unserer Woche nicht belegt war) und mussten dabei feststellen, dass es extrem hellhörig ist, wenn beide Häuser belegt sind, ab 6.00 Uhr waren wir alle wach, weil nebenan ein Baby schrie...
Im Sommer punktet das Haus sicher durch die schöne Aussicht und Terrasse, jedoch sollte auch unter Berücksichtigung des Mietpreises, der dann verlangt wird, einiges nachgebessert werden.
