The villa is located in a very quiet place, even in August, not isolated, in the district of Porto Rafael, a 5-minute walk from the famous Piazzetta and the sea. 3 beaches are within walking distance, 1 small supermarket at 100 mt., A marina with possibility to keep a boat / raft to 300 mt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la résidence de Francesco et Marina Solinas. L’accueil, le service et les conseils étaient toujours ponctuels, réactifs, utiles et efficaces. Les chambres étaient simples et décorées avec goût dans l’esprit des principes du fondateur du domaine de Porto Rafael. Les salles de bain ont été toutes refaites avec goût et fonctionnalité. Seul petit désagrément, des petites coupures de courant et une ou deux nuits agitées des voisins ;). Dans l’ensemble c’était un séjour excellent, reposant, dans un magnifique lieu de villégiature paisible et inspirant à deux pas de magnifiques plages et criques turquoises.

"Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa e’ grande, fresca, silenziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata (eravamo in 11)e ci ha permesso di passare 15 giorni meravigliosi all'insegna del relax e tranquilità . La posizione e’ ottima per esplorare facilmente gran parte della Costa Smeralda. Un piccolo supermarket e’ raggiungibile a piedi, cosi’ come la piazzetta di Porto Rafael, e tutti gli altri servizi sono raggiungibili comodamente con l'auto. Una casa che consigliamo vivamente!"
