About this house rental
In total fenced grounds behind gates, Casa Montelopio is an excellent example of first class renovation and restoration work completed on an ancient farmhouse. The original features have been saved like the cotta and wood beamed ceilings, and most rooms have at least one original honey-coloured stone wall. The design for modern living is first class, the furnishing commodious and appealing and the overall effect is most agreeable. Air conditioning and mosquito net are in all rooms. Outside a wonderful garden with a 16 X 8 swimming pool, a minipool for children, patio and three gazebo for “dining al fresco” during the summer. Ideal for a family or a small party of friends Villa Montelopio offers a chance to escape and relax in a really secluded environment but Volterra, San Gimignano, San Miniato and Casciana Terme are no more than 30 km away and Pisa, Firenze, Lucca and Siena are less than one hour driving for some ispiring day trips. Experiences like in-home chef service, cooking class, quadding, vespa tour, Helicopter tour winery of Sassicaia etc are available on request. Pool is available from 1st of May till 30 of October. Upon their arrival clients will find a Tuscan welcome snack. Pets 50 euro each per week - Heating cost 5,00 euro per cubic meter - Air conditioning 0,45 per kwh
