Villa Aisha is a recently renovated property located in Playa del Ingles with capacity for up to 6 people.
TThis wonderful apartment has been completely remodeled and has two main double bedrooms and a chill out covered area next to the pool. It counts with two complete bathrooms, one of them "en-suite" and a spacious living room with a large double sofa bed, and an integrated kitchen.
In addition, you will be able to enjoy a private terrace with sunloungers for sunbathing and a small and ideal swimming pool (heatable with a surcharge) to complete the wonderful solarium area of the accommodation.
Villa Aisha has everything you may need on your vacation; air conditioning, free high speed internet, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
Its location is unbeatable, since it is located a few meters from the CITA Shopping Center, it has taxi and bus stops, to connect with the most important enclaves of the island, practically at the door of the apartment and only 10 minutes on foot separate you from the Yumbo Shopping Center.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A 500€ deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
The pool can be heated with a surcharge.
A dog is allowed to stay paying a surcharge for the total duration of the stay.

Absolutely fantastic villa - the location and everything inside the villa was as described and very clean! The only negatives we experienced:1) AirCon in main bedroom didn’t work when we first arrived - this was fixed halfway through our visit and the team kept in good contact 2) The swimming pool didn’t feel very clean3) This isn’t a real negative against the villa but there are construction works going on right above the pool - people constantly peering over the wall into the pool, not super comfortable!We would absolutely stay again though
