Private: garden 80 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue, parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Las Crucitas" 19 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 25 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
