Overall, the apartment was a great fit for our needs. It is located within a few minutes walk of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Shopping and cafes are fun in this area. The house could have been stocked a bit better with more towels, and bathroom items. However, there is a washing machine in the kitchen and a cute little grocery market around the corner to pick up any items you may need.

Positives: Great Location in Rome; Clean, comfortable apartment; Good terrace; Responsive to requests during the stay (although it was tricky since neither owner nor the onsite manager spoke English)
Negatives: We requested to shorten our departure date (by one night) months in advance and after the owner initially ignored our request, he accepted but never changed the booking online. After our check out he reneged on issuing a refund stating there was a 7 night min. Nowhere on the listing was this policy stated and at no time did he communicate this information to us until we tried to get a refund from VRBO.
