Good location, spacious apartment and clean with good aircon.

Sofabed in the divided room was uncomfortable and not really suitable for 2 adults. Some hard fixtures have seen wear and tear (e.g the shower).

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Exclusive Apartments Piazza di Spagna 32. De locatie is werkelijk perfect, midden in het centrum en direct bij de Spaanse Trappen. Veel bekende bezienswaardigheden, winkels en goede restaurants zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het appartement was ruim, schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook voor een gezin met kinderen is het een uitstekende keuze. Ondanks de centrale ligging hebben we heerlijk kunnen ontspannen. De communicatie en service waren vriendelijk en professioneel. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Rome en zouden dit appartement zeker opnieuw boeken. Absoluut een aanrader!

Excellent location right next to the Spanish Steps with great views. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated, and communication with the property was very good. We had an afernoon flight out and the hosts gave us a couple of extra hours to relax at the apartment before checking out. Safe area, building and apartment.

Only one real bedroom, the rest are uncomfortable sofa beds in bright areas. The second toilet wasn’t working, so the whole family had to use one bathroom. Overall, looks nice but not very practical. Due to age of the building the elevetor is very small and not very practical for using it to go to the second floor where the apartment is.
