Prime location situated at the entrance to Phase 1—you’re within walking distance of everything. The beach is just 150 meters away, 5th Ave is around the corner, and you have a partial ocean view from the rooftop, where you’ll find an ocean-view seating area.
The pool is shared with the other condos in the building.
The open-concept and open-air architecture allows a tropical breeze to flow throughout the entire house.
24-hour security is just across the street, and since it’s a gated community, the area is extremely safe.

great place to stay was close to everything, a nice quiet spot to relax or have a night out on the town, only thing is if your doing any cooking bring your own knife becuase the knives there cant cut butter lol
