All the stairs there was never hot water for the shower and no microwave . Noise from bars sometimes very loud

The location is great. Right on 5th avenue and 5 mins from ADO bus station. The room was big and clean
The noise from the surroundings was unbearable to sleep after a long day. Noise would not stop until 2 or 3 am. There was no hot water. Wi-fi was very weak and most of the time didn't stay connected.
